Users assume full responsibility for how they apply or adapt any content found here.

Full & Indexed Entries

The POCUS Collective exists to help clinicians and creators find and build on each other's work, not to compete with it. Every project falls into one of two categories:

• Full entries are hosted here in full — build steps, photos, and printable files — because the creator submitted them directly or shared them under a license that allows it.
• Indexed entries are projects and guides we did not create and do not host. We write a plain-language summary and materials list so the work can be discovered here, but the files, full text, and original creator's page are always one click away, marked clearly on the entry itself.

We do not mirror, re-host, or re-upload files for indexed entries. This is intentional: we want views, downloads, and citations to go to the original source, not to us. The summary exists to help people find the work — not to replace visiting it.

If you created something that appears here as an indexed entry, you can claim it at any time. Every indexed page has an option to add your own build steps, photos, and files, which upgrades the entry to a full, self-hosted listing under your name. You can also ask us to take it down entirely, using the Report a concern link at the bottom of the entry.

Content License

Unless otherwise noted, all content submitted to The POCUS Collective is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).

This means you are free to share and adapt the content for non-commercial purposes, provided you give appropriate credit to the original contributor and The POCUS Collective. Commercial use of any content on this site is not permitted without explicit written permission.

Contributor Terms

By submitting content to The POCUS Collective, contributors confirm that:

• They own the content or have the right to share it.
• They retain ownership of their original work.
• They grant The POCUS Collective a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to host, display, and distribute the content under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license.

Contributors can remove their content at any time using the edit link in their submission confirmation email.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what is necessary to operate the site. When you submit a project or request a gel tray, we collect your name (optional), email address, and any files you upload. We also collect basic anonymous usage data to understand how the site is used.

Your information is used solely to display your submission, communicate with you about it, and improve the site. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. All data is stored securely.

You can request removal of your content or personal data at any time by contacting us at support@pocuscollective.com.

Concerns & Takedown Requests

If something here is yours and you want it taken down, uses someone's work without permission, credits the wrong people, could be unsafe, or shows patient or personal information, use the Report a concern link at the bottom of the entry, or this form. You can also email support@pocuscollective.com. We'll reply within 7 days.
